I'm sat here at my desk in Sydney watching the text commentary (occasionally, honest boss), and for some reason all the Aussies don't seem so keen to hear about the updates of what's going on at the moment in both these games! You should have heard them during the Olympics when Team GB beat them - and to say us Poms are supposed to be the whingers!
Coaching at the international level is always a great experience ... Seeing four of our girls compete at the Olympics this year was a really neat thing to witness. I look forward to coaching the U.S. team and continuing to see our girls qualify for teams such as this one.

While this is my first time volunteering at Special Olympics, it certainly will not be my last ... I've played competitive tournaments all my life and I am simply amazed at the sportsmanship Special Olympics golfers show during the course of this event. I've found that they genuinely want their fellow players to do well and encourage their every shot. Their reactions to playing the game are inspiring and they just enjoy the chance to play. It will make me play differently moving forward.
